Tariff and Booking Information

Demand for Rods at Grimersta is high and bookings tend to be made well in advance.
Terms quoted for Rod Rates are per Rod Week and includes the services of the ghillies and temporary membership of Grimersta Sporting Club for guests. Provisional reservations can be made at any time but are not confirmed until the September preceding the season.
Season 2009 is now fully booked apart from an opportunity for an early season Lodge Let in June, please enquire for details. To be placed on the mailing list for cancellations in 2009 or for availability in Season 2010 and 2011, please contact us.
Tariff Information for 2009
Season 2009 at Grimersta is 11th June — 15th October

Private Lodge Parties
Private Lodge Parties are based on eight Rods and are inclusive of Rod Rate and Board and Accommodation. Additional or non-fishing guests will be invoiced for Board and Accommodation at the standard rate. Lodge Parties are available throughout the season with the exception of July. Rates vary, please enquire for details.
Invoices
An account for the Rod Rate will be issued on confirmation of the booking. A deposit of £1000 per Rod (Lodge Party £500 per Rod) is payable at that time. Invoices for the outstanding balance of the Rod Rate and for Board and Accommodation will be issued six weeks prior to arrival and are payable at that time.
Unless previously arranged with the Estate Manager, the person making the booking will be responsible for settling the account of their guest or party and all liabilities incurred. After each visit a subsequent account for additional items such as tackle, transport, drinks and sundries will be issued and is payable upon receipt.
Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation, the Estate Manager will readvertise the vacancy. Should a cancellation occur less than two months prior to arrival and the booking remain vacant, the full cost of the booking may be payable.
We recommend that guests take out suitable travel and holiday cancellation insurance.

All prices include VAT where appropriate.
